Time has erased lots--things no longer get breaked, but broken--but not, alas, Aunt Didi and Uncle Stu's essential dorkiness. They're gearing up for a Dinosaurs of Disco dance-a-thon, for which Stu digs out his good-luck Scorpio medallion. Unbeknownst to him, it's the embodiment of retro-chic--exhibit A is Emica, teen-pop goddess, wearing the same one on her latest CD. Angelica, who'll do anything to impress hipper-than-thou Samantha, aims to snag the medallion. She hatches a scheme that lands Dylan in the doghouse and wilts the morale of the would-be boogiers. Come Emica concert time, a memory montage of classic Rugrats moments swings the door open on Angelica's deeply closeted conscience, and the stupid babies-cum-awkward prepubescents get as close to a cozy moment with the temporary teen terror as this still-hilarious series will allow. A third episode, "My Fair Babies," finds Angelica firming up plans for a snack-time business luncheon where diapers are a fashion don't. The fun of this video doesn't dry up the first time the credits roll.
